HTML: QuickStart Guide - Creating an Effective Website (HTML, CSS, Javascript)

I'm not a newbie in this area. I used to take up this subject when I was in High School. I was fairly good at it, creating simple websites that had buttons that actual work, click and send you to another site. It was a fun experience but it's just not my forte at that time. Fast forward to College (now) where I am looking for different ways on how to earn extra cash for things that I like to spend on. I remember my Computer teacher telling me one time that if I master HTML coding I can actually earn hard cash on it. That was an option I was willing to explore so here I am. The thing is it's been 2 years since then and I've forgotten the basic name and codes. It's a good thing that this book has it all. It's simple to read the words are not that deep and explains thoroughly. I also learned new things about HTML like Phrase Tags, Meta Tags and such. There's also a page for Browser Safe Colors which I know will come in handy in the web designing field. A really helpful book. I recommend this to beginners because as I said it's thoroughly explained and you won't be left hanging in the air with this. It's organized and discussed in a spaced and well-ordered manner.

This book contains all needed lessons for making a website with HTML. The examples given are very beneficial. The most needful thing is keywords we can use, which will be later on searched by navigators. The basics of making a website using HTML has been discussed clearly as well as the other factors that surrounds it. Sample codes were also given so that readers can practice it on their own. William Fischer wrote a useful book to launch a website. It is very learning self guide.

This book is literally needed to be read by those who are just getting started into creating a website yourself. It's pretty much interesting as well as going through some of the pages in the book that keeps you invested to read more about it. The guide lines were really informative and direct to the point that it's simple to understand. I say it's fundamental to read this book for starters. I've read a lot of books created by William and they're great as usual. I found this book very useful and helpful. It's a must to buy something like this especially when you're in need of help in starting a website. It has a lot to offer. Really commendable for such a very affordable price, it's really worth the purchase.

This is a great book to get started with HTML. This book covers all aspect of HTML from the very basics. All the tags and their specific attributes are provided in a tabular form which is very helpful to remember. The book takes on every section of website making, like tags to insert images and videos and other ways to make it more dynamic. All the topics are covered in a concise and to-the-point manner. The color code provided in the end are very useful. This is highly recommended book for everyone.

Well, I already was working on learning about web design and many of the books I read wan't so easy to understand. This book, on the other hand, it is very well written; it's simple, short and it use an understandable language. After reading it gave me a very good base, which allowed me to see more advanced courses more easily. If you're starting to learn this programing language this book will be very useful for you.

This book is a good beginners guide to learning HTML. By learning from this book, you can make a website. This book contains all needed lessons for making a website with HTML. From this book, you can learn Basic tags in HTML, HTML elements, Formatting in HTML, HTML phrase tags, Meta tags, Comments, HTML images, HTML Lists and HTML colors. If you follow this book, I am sure you can make a website. This book is really good. I found this book useful and highly recommended with five stars.

I was very disappointed in this book. Past books I have read, break down the code vertically, but this books lays it out horizontal. It also has no pictures at all, of a website in description and for a visual learner as myself. I did not like it. I wish I had not purchased it.

I was planning to have a website for my small online business and I wanted to hire someone to do it. I need to learn some basics on what is the materials use for creating website so I will know any updates and to see how my website development goes. The first one I wanted to know is HTML. HTML plays the big part on creating and developing websites. I bought this book since is has the most interesting title and suitable for my need. The book has given me a guideline to master this language to create an effective website however it is kind of complicated on some area for me since it needs to have a basic knowledge to the HTML. So I think to buy the beginners guide first and read this again. I recommend this for those who had already an experience on basic HTML
