This is an adorable product! It begins fairly large and ends quite tiny. Beautifully painted and easy to hold. Each doll is different and cuter than the last! I purchased this for my eldest grand daughter who is very interested in nesting dolls. No one gave her one for Christmas, so I ordered it afterwards. She was so excited to receive it and is delighted with it! The first doll is a little tight to open but I think with usage will be easier. Better if it is not to loose! There are five in her family and five nesting dolls.

One of the cutest, memorable gifts I've given my granddaughter! EXCELLENT wood quality and the features/paint is vibrant; exactly as portrayed. If giving as a gift, you may want to work with them a little bit. They're a very snug fit, especially for small hands. But they are truly remarkable! I love the eclectic combination of animals too! CHARMING!

I purchased 2 sets of the Halloween nesting dolls to gift my nieces for their boo baskets. First of all, they are adorably designed. They are perfect for toddlers that like to take things apart and put them back together. One set was perfect and worked as intended. The second set, the skeleton doll’s inner wood ring was defective and the top would not close all the way. This was disappointing. Consistency with quality control is not there. So keep that in mind. I will still gift it because my niece will still enjoy playing with it.

These are super cute and my daughter loves them and even our boys had fun with them. Only issue is they are a little hard to open and close they are pretty tight. Other than that they have been an entertaining gift. I would recommend.

Many reviewers claimed to have had problems with these sets, such as pieces not fitting together, bad paint jobs, and/or the wood being cracked on some of the dolls. Just as a precaution, I ordered two exact sets, thinking that would provide me with a better chance of being able to put together one complete set that had no damage or problems. I'm glad I did, because there were some paint and finish problems on some of the dolls, one of the dolls was cracked, and on one of the large dolls, the top and bottom were completely misshapen and COULD NOT be put together (it arrived in two pieces in the box!). At least, with two identical sets, I was able to put together one set that was actually acceptable to gift to my granddaughter, and I'm returning the damaged set, with a note describing everything that is wrong with it -- hopefully, that will prevent them from sending it out to someone else. These are cheap knockoff dolls made in China -- better to buy the ones actually made in Russia or Ukraine, which really are not that much more expensive, especially considering the difference in quality and workmanship you get for the money.

At Christmas time my grandson loved playing with my antique Russian doll set so when I saw these they were a perfect gift for anytime quiet play. Now he plays stacking and unstacking the Russian bears everytime he comes over to visit.

Disappointed. Very poorly made and one of the dolls was completely messed up and looked terrible. They are also poorly carved so it’s hard to get them back together.

What a fun gift for my grand kids. They love taking it apart and putting back in order. Thank you.

Wonder toy at an awesome price. The only let down was the delivery driver dropped it off at the wrong house.

Cheaply made so the largest doll cracked when attempting to open. None fit together well. My daughter loves them but they’re tricky for her to use because they are so poorly fitted

As a grandmother who treasures timeless toys that spark imagination and celebrate culture, I couldn't be happier with the 5 Pieces Cute Nesting Dolls Matryoshka Doll Russian Handmade Wooden Dolls Cartoon Angel Girl Set I recently acquired for my grandchildren. One of the things I love most about these Matryoshka dolls is their handmade craftsmanship. My granddaughter is obsessed with Russian dolls. She absolutely loves these and thinks they are adorable

Terrible quality. Paint missing and globs of paint in some spots. Very difficult to fit dolls together. Bottom of dolls unfinished. Two dolls have a crack up the side. If I hadn't opened them in front of my child they'd be going back.
