Eli-Patch is easy to mix and creates minimal shutdown time to the area under repair. Ideal for damaged concrete surfaces such as steps and factory floors. Very low odour and suitable for food environments. Based on a blend of epoxy resins, curing agent and selected aggregates. The packs are pre-weighed and ready for mixing onsite. the finished product leaves a non-skid, abrasion resistant surface with good resistance. Surface Preparation Good surface preparation is essential. All surfaces should be dry, clean, sound and free from dust. Eli-Patch Primer is recommended to maximize adhesion particularly to vertical or shallow repairs. Eli-Patch can be laid to a feather edge. Mixing Empty the resin rich sand into the container. Shake the bottle of curing agent and decant into the sand. Mix thoroughly using a gloved hand or trowel. The product is ready to use when a uniform colour and consistency is achieved throughout. Application Surface temperature should be above 5°C. Prime with Eli-Patch Primer if required. Eli-Patch Epoxy Repair Mortar should be applied to the surface by trowel ensuring that the product is pressed well into place and filling all voids. Eli-Patch can be applied between feather edge to 50mm. A smooth finish is aided by wiping the trowel with solvent or dunking the trowel in water.
